Orders are dispatched the next business day from Monday to Friday. During periods of high order volumes, dispatch may take an additional 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, please allow at least 7-9 working days for your order to arrive.
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as holidays, weather conditions, or courier disruptions. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
If your order is needed urgently, or if you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us at hello@amarapatisserie.com with order number and your contact details.
We kindly remind all customers to double-check their delivery details at the time of ordering. Once the order has been dispatched, delivery details cannot be amended, and customers will be responsible for any re-delivery costs incurred due to incorrect delivery information. If an order is lost or fails to return to us, we will not issue a refund, and a new order will need to be placed. We do not accept responsibility for orders placed with incorrect delivery addresses.
If specific delivery instructions are provided for Royal Mail or the courier, we are no longer liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered parcels once tracking confirms delivery. Should you request the parcel be left in a safe place, delivered to an alternative address, or left with a neighbour, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Please be aware that during warmer months, chocolates are sensitive to heat. While we take precautions to protect the quality of our products, we recommend choosing express shipping during hot weather to reduce the risk of exposure to high temperatures. We are not responsible for any heat damage that may occur during transit.
