Returns & Refunds Policy

All products are handmade with care, and we hope you love your order. However, if you need to return an item, we would like for the order to be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging within 7 days of the order being received to you and as a result a refund can be processed.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we ask that if these items are damaged and you request a return, no refund will be processed, and the return costs will be the customers responsibility. We ask that before requesting a return, you must send a photo to our business email which is returns@amarapatisserie.com

Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please note that we are not responsible for any heat damage that may occur during transit, particularly in warmer weather. While we take precautions to protect your order, we cannot guarantee that chocolates will remain unaffected by temperature changes during delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our products, no refunds will be issued for items damaged during transit, including heat-related issues. 

For any concerns unrelated to heat damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist.
